Desktop Support Team Lead
CurrentResponsible for the day to day onsite Desktop Support needs of Sentinel Technologies client People’s Gas and Light. I oversee a team of 5 technicians servicing several client sites ranging from a downtown Chicago skyscraper to a gas field in Fisher, Illinois. We handle daily break/fix, hardware and software troubleshooting, hardware and software installation, mass hardware and software deployments, and various kinds of project work for the client. This project work ranges from large scale hardware deployment to client site decommission and everything in between. We are the boots on the ground troubleshooting, installing, and moving hardware for the client.
