-I have been put in charge of managing a project to implement a base package of documents for each state that are enhanced and programmed for Dealersocket's clients to utilize all of the new functionality within iDMS's newly designed and upgraded user interface. Held responsible for reconciling multiple company bank accounts, credit cards, & 3rd party credit card processing accounts. I produced a weekly cash management spreadsheet to upper level management. I processed biweekly payroll and incoming mail. I was also responsible for accounts payable duties, helping set up a new small corporate office, and some light auditing of 3rd party laboratory bills. I was in charge of keeping the company QuickBooks account up to date and accurate, in addition to reconciling the accounts, I input general journal entries and was beginning to learn more about the company ledgers between the different locations. When I was on location at the clinic, I would assist our billing department when and where needed, including scanning and attaching documents to patient charts in eCW.

-Process, key and index all invoices, check requests, expense reports and reimbursement requests in a timely manner-Respond to vendors’ inquiries regarding the status of payments-Researching, identifying and resolving discrepancies on invoices, check requests, & employee expense reports/reimbursement requests that may prevent or delay payment-Process & distribute mail and packages that come in daily-Make sure the break room is stocked, organized, & clean-Heavy data entry-Assists in proofreading & distributing legal collection letters to the field agents-Some light research when instructed-Supports the AP Manager, Operations Admin, Marketing Coordinator/Administrative Assistant, Controller, Asset Disposal & Collections teams-Processes contractor time sheets & invoices-Shipping/mailing of contractor payments-Heavy scanning and filling-Help organize, consolidate, and store important files-Assisted in streamlining supply orders for all the branches as well as some light auditing of the orders-Offers support to the branches in the field-special projects when instructed
