During this time I've enjoyed leading challenging projects across the business, including commercial strategy; operational excellence; customer experience & loyalty, finance modernization; sustainability solutions; transformative technologies; and building winning organizations.Prior to joining Deloitte I was honored to hold leadership roles in a variety of capacities at Delta Air Lines, IATA (International Air Transport Association), and PwC’s travel and transportation practice.I'm a native of Atlanta but enjoy working abroad, including a prior residence in Geneva, Switzerland and “hands on” experience in more than 30 countries. When spare time permits I enjoy travel, golf, hiking and snow skiing with my family.
