In this role I lead a team of 11 inside sales professionals responsible for producing over $4M in annual revenue. The team sells into two markets, and brings expertise in 15+ products across Nelnet business units. My responsibilities include all aspects of strategy development, goal setting, campaign management, compensation, team culture, training and development, and recruitment and retention.

In this role I led all aspects of marketing and brand strategy for Nelnet Business Solutions' diverse product offering in the K12 and Higher Ed markets. I had leadership responsibility for a team of 14 marketing, creative, and inside sales professionals accountable for revenue attainment and new business growth. Oversight of hiring, budget, strategy, communication, mentoring, and making it a great place to work. In charge of web, print, digital, email, social, conference/convention, and inside sales for K12, Higher Ed, RenWeb, NTS, and international expansion with FACTS Australia.

Lincoln, Nebraska Area

The Nebraska Fish and Game Association is dedicated to community, involvement, and education in all things Nebraska outdoors. In my role as Vice President, I partnered with five other founding members to build the organization from just a few members to now over 8,000, led the development of all written content with a team of freelance writers, played a key role in marketing and communications, and worked with the Nebraska Game and Parks Commission to educate hunters and anglers about outdoor opportunities and promote our state's natural resources.

Omaha

In this role I managed all interaction with internal and external constituents at a national membership organization. I was responsible for editing an award-winning, monthly health and wellness newsletter with a distribution of 3 million copies annually as well as developing a member magazine produced 10 times per year. I also coordinated all interaction with major news media as well as a board of directors and medical advisory board. This role also included leadership responsibility for marketing products to membership.
