- Provide clients with financial, transactional, valuation and commercial advice in relation to commercial settlement, financial and cash/payment management, and transaction processes involved in commercial deals. - Provide financial solutions to various clientele include Australian and foreign companies, government entities, incorporated and unincorporated association, corporate partnership, and multinationals.- Ensuring all trade finance activities are conducted strictly in compliance with regulations, and handling account balancing and reconciliation through accurate completion of letters of credit, TT transfers, commercial settlement transactions and account opening.- Assisting with execution of accounting signing authorities, corporate account mandate, third party exemption, blanket authority, special letter of credit, lodgement letter and other complex account facilities typically associated with corporate clients.- Regularly assist multi-layered foreign companies with complex corporate structures set up Australian division accounts, KYC, transactional solutions, cash management and other commercial banking needs.- Driving revenue growth by identifying and pursuing opportunities while contributing to business development activities by using/developing intelligence reports via tools as power bi and excel.- Manage client engagement and liaise with global teams, coaching and developing junior staff to manage clients’ expectation from end to end on a high volume of tasks.- Preparing statutory trust accounts for solicitors, real estate agents and conveyancers required by Law Society or Real Estate Institute.

I have undergone six months’ placement to assist ANZ Corporate/Institutional Bank in completing a broader credit assessment function while liaising with the clients regarding their day-to-day requirements.- Supporting relationship managers with credit proposal drafting, financial analysis, industry, market, and company research, along with building financial modelling for transactions and projects.- Present commercial insights and technical expertise with rigorous analysis include market research, customer analysis, business review and financial performance.- Ensure timely resolution and client satisfaction on all financial (working capital/revolving credit, term debt, asset finance, tailored commercial facility, indemnity guarantee, specialised account) and payment/cash management investigation (liquidity, payables, receivables, SWIFT services, international payments). - Proactively manage exposures on a portfolio of corporate clients and maintain relationships by providing customised solutions while developing potential business opportunities.- Client management and satisfaction, involving client query resolution, meetings, review of SLAs, meeting all deliverables, reviewing client service requirements periodically.- Provide ad hoc financial analysis when requested and support for internal and external benchmarking analysis, preparing high quality PowerPoint briefs and written reports to stakeholders.
