- Business unit 3-5 year strategy planning- Full P+L responsibility for the market operation, to be managed in accordance with agreed budget plan- Investigation of new market opportunities/options for additional revenue generation in line with business strategy, together with the provision of comprehensive local market intelligence briefings- Development and implementation of new local product and service propositions that deliver China Revenue growth- Working with a list of Chinese OEMs customers and providing support & services to their globalization journey

Lead the Market Intelligence team to - provide excellent in-depth market and competitive intelligence for Geely Holding Group - analyze continuously global market segmentation trends, key competitors, consumers and products and translate key intelligence into business insights and recommendations to contribute to company strategic goals achievement- assure relevant market data are consistent and reliable as a basis for strategic and business decisions, also to work with internal customers (Strategy Planning, Product Definition, Product Planning, Vehicle Performance, design, program etc.) to define research objectives and requirements, design and implement the research project to fulfil user departments’ needs in a cost-effective manner - support the requests from all stages of the New Product Development System with specific reviewed market studies and clinic tests- support specific requests from different brands (including Geely, Lynk&Co, LOTUS, Proton...) under the group - represent Geely in Intelligence event; identify new information sources and build innovative partnership with external market organizations/associations

- managing research team based in 2 cities to deliver high quality data for current business- developing methodologies, establishing and monitoring research expansion projects based on customer needs understanding- contributing in the company development strategy to achieve local and global goals - identifying appropriate research resources and building strategic partnership - sales support for better customer's understanding and communication- recruiting, training and developing new staff and China team building- office administration

- providing training and support to ensure global quality around service and data- ensuring that new team members are suitably inducted, trained and supported through to live operation - monitoring data quality and customer report delivery- working with colleagues ensuring an aligned and progressive leadership of Incentives in JATO- together with the Incentives Research Manager, ensure improvements are implemented with true support and training to ensure success.

- using primary and second source data to provide China car market overview including market trend, competition and consumer expectations to get the best market insight to support decision making about Citroën’s offer and its positioning;- analysing brands’ volume performance, pricing and product planning strategy;- creating Product Life Cycle Analysis Model;- preparing weekly market events report for internal global communication.
