Managing China region Cadillac BEVs (mid size SUV L233 and large SUV L234) product lifecycle planning and financial improvement to offset Cadillac content costs. Achieved an 8% and 6% improvement in EBIT on L233 and L234 respectively, including mitigating pricing risks under my leadership with support from the engineering and purchasing teams.  Established BEV3 (Ultium EV Platform) global cost reduction process with GMNA and GMTCK partners. Identified an average of 24k cost reduction opportunities on BEV3 entries. Leading the development of leadership skills for senior managers through the establishment of Leadership Day training sessions. These sessions are designed to align priorities and approaches, fostering effective management results.

 Led the development of Cadillac LYRIQ selling points in collaboration with engineering and global Cadillac teams, serving as the cornerstone for ATL/BTL marketing communication, launch events, and sales consultant training. Orchestrated the planning of LYRIQ China Debut, including product presentation and acting as a product expert during the LYRIQ Bilibili online live Debut with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs). Achieved over 2,000 orders within 12 hours post-Debut, propelling LYRIQ to one of the most sought-after vehicles at the 2021 Guangzhou Auto Show. Garnered major online channel reviews exceeding 100M within 3 days of the Debut. Directed the product marketing team in conducting the Cadillac LYRIQ customer insight study, resulting in the delineation of a target customer profile. Provided support for CRM strategy development and execution at the product level. Acted as a spokesperson, presenting Cadillac LYRIQ and SGM's new energy strategy to investors, media outlets, Key Opinion Consumers (KOC), and Key Opinion Leaders (KOL).

 Led a team to conduct market opportunity, EV policy, consumer trend, and technology studies in the BEV China market. Identified Lux3 SUV, SUV C, and C CUV as leading portfolio opportunities for early adopters. Led the SGM/PATAC team in co-developing GM BEV3 architecture (Ultium EV Platform) advanced engineering with GM partners. Directed the SGM/PATAC ISP team in engineering execution for Cadillac LYRIQ, Buick E5/E4 at GM Warren Tech Center. Served as the key hub for coordinating GM and SGM teams on cooperation and program decision-making. Managed the sourcing of Cadillac LYRIQ parts to suppliers within cost and timing targets, ensuring the successful launch of Cadillac LYRIQ at the SGM Cadillac plant with quality. Supported a cross-functional leadership team in negotiating the BEV3 (Ultium EV Platform) CDA (Co-develop Agreement) with GM partners, establishing a new corporate model between parent company and joint venture, with an initial investment of over $2.5B.

 Coordinated daily business meetings, visits, international trips and related meeting materials/speech preparation for SGM EVP. Drafted weekly operational reports for GM China President. Provided support in facilitating senior leadership workshops and Board of Directors meetings between GM and SGM.

 Led a joint vehicle architecture team between GM and PATAC to develop vehicle technical specifications, establish dimensions, visibility, and HVI (Human-Vehicle Interaction) targets, and devise tracking plans. Coordinated engineering studies of studio design proposals. Developed an engineering typical section process, resulting in a significant reduction in engineering evaluation lead time. Successfully supported the development of Buick LaCrosse, Buick Regal, Chevrolet Malibu XL, Buick GL8 and SGMW Baojun 630.

 Completed interior and exterior packaging execution for the Buick GL8. Successfully supported the industry's first application of an IP mounted shifter, long-distance 2nd row seat track, and optimized power sliding door design, positioning the GL8 as a market leader. Pioneered pedestrian protection initiatives as the first dedicated personnel in the PATAC vehicle architecture team. Developed a GTR/CNCAP pedestrian protection design guideline in collaboration with the safety team, establishing a working process and sharing valuable insights for future projects.
