Rocco has worked with a number of boards and executive teams across Australia and New Zealand to establish and improve governance practices through several company secretarial roles in both NFP and for-profit environments. A passion for Governance and effective board practices, Rocco delivers accessible world-class governance and secretarial support through the Integrity Governance brand. A Bachelor of Commerce from Deakin University and 10 years in business management developed strong administration and project management skills. Rocco has worked extensively with the AICD based in Hobart, Tasmania and undertaken the AICD Company Directors Course additional to the GIA Company Secretary course, and several business-specific training programmes. Rocco brings a wealth of knowledge to the Integrity Governance CoSec proposition and engages deeply with our Board Leaders Network.
