Building understanding and tools to navigate the critical (and ever changing) legal and regulatory compliance challenges is a core element of this value proposition.Underpinning all of this is an acquired deep knowledge of the operational realities of corporate governance and the difficulties of change management and effective leadership in complex organisations.I have a breadth of skill sets and knowledge based on my experience: Dublin University educated, 10 years of extensive marketing experience (Mars Inc., Schroders & Goldman Sachs) followed by 17 years of working with boards and leadership teams through my company, Integrity Governance.During this time, I have earned Fellowships with the following institutes: Institute of Directors (UK), Board Leadership Fellow at the National Association of Corporate Directors (US), Australian Institute of Company Directors, and Financial Services Institute of Australia.
