About Bob Ashbaugh

I joined Sauer in 1978 as a General Foreman and was promoted to Superintendent in 1986. I’ve also been Manager of Sauer Incorporated’s fabrication facility at various times during my career. As Superintendent, I was responsible for all field activities on the project, including directing field labor, coordinating tools and material requirements, directing subcontractors and communicating job information to the customer. As Shop Foreman, I was responsible for planning and execution of all projects requiring shop fabrication. This included assigning shop personnel to projects, coordinating material, and scheduling of shop activities. As Project Manager for industrial work I am in charge of the industrial branch at Ruthrauff | Sauer, LLC.
