This position ensures that the vison and directives of the senior pastor are carried out in a manner consistent with and guided by the Holy Spirit of the Lord Jesus Christ and with intent of the pastor. Full omnidirectional reporting is mandatory for total awareness of the Body of Christ. Servant Leadership is the mode in which all planning and actions are governed. Success is measured by the harmony, growth, maturity, and victory of the saints and by the approval of God.
