It taught me how powerful attention can be. We will hone the tools of attention, intention, language, and imagination. And I will teach you my 6-Step Protocol that I developed for ten years before bringing it to the public. The steps address the Brain, Breathing, Heart, Core, Gut, and Personal Space. They combine to create a safe environment where old ego patterns can be upgraded and information (pain) can be processed. This work is best suited to people who like to learn and explore new information. A session can be about anything.
