I started this venture from concept in order to leverage my experience in the musceloskeletal pain category into a broader range of products and therapies for doctors, therapists and home use. As usual, I'm responsible for top to bottom development. The HarmonE product line is centered around non-psychoactive full spectrum CBD based topical analgesics and related supporting products for arthritis and injury therapies. Today we include tinctures, balms and physical therapy support harnesses. I'm nuts about making things make sense for buyers. I dig deep into the details of individual compounds to see what makes them important to the efficacy of the final product. Then we work to make it better as a product and naturally, better than the competition. I have a sixth sense for finding voids in the market that need to be filled then see if I can find/develop products to fill them. I source raw materials, designing packaging that works for the brand, communicating with our chemists and finding distribution channels that will provide the best traction.At heart, I'm a concept guy. I love building things... putting things together ... organizing and making things make sense to people. I'm research freak. I peel back the layers to see what consumers want then I provide it to them. Benefits ranged from medical and dental discounts to health insurance plans based on IRS Section 105 provisions. Under the Section 105 provisions premiums for full benefit packages could be reduced by as much as 60%. Process was web based and offered nationwide.
