Perform data requirements analysis and traceability from contract award to delivery. Managing, tracking and scheduling all data items. Work closely with all facets of engineering to produce the required documentation. Perform Hands-on interaction with the hardware/software to gather data, write and integrate into deliverable documentation. Perform and follow all Systems Engineering Process and control procedures. Control all developmental CM of data for engineering within the various product lines. Mentor others who aspire to learn the methods I introduced to improve efficiency to maximize acceptance and on-time delivery rates.

Produced accurate and informative documentation in support of the Energy and Finacial trading suite of software products. Produced internal trade study reports and documents. Provided technical assistance with documentation resource planning. Introduced and recommended new approaches to digital documentation implementation. Produced an integrated online help and glossary of functions for a proprietary scripting language. Produced online help and documentation for several API and Programmer's Toolkit packages.

Created and maintained a publications department in support of products with value added solutions for the Wireless Carrier and Enterprise Network industry. Responsible for the timely delivery of all customer specific and product related documentation. Provided support for in-house documentation. Wrote most of the baseline documentation for all of the product lines including Programmer's guides, API Toolkit guides, User Manuals, Troubleshooting guides, etc.
