Made the first sales of the justice software in the USA and then expanded North American install base. Further expanded install base to its first overseas location (Australia). OCS Tech went public in 1994 and made multiple acquisitions of other Justice software suppliers in North America. OCS eventually declared chapter 11 in 1996.
