Having spent 15 enjoyable years responsible for the Cambridge office of Morgan Sindall, I have decided to have a rest! I am now retired but working with 2 local charities supporting young people at risk of homelessness. I also remain as a Non-Exec. Director of TrAC and a Regional Director of LandAid.Prior to joining Morgan Sindall I was a Director of 5DM, a business improvement consultancy in the construction sector. During my time there I facilitated change programmes and project launch workshops for contractors including Apollo, Fitzpatrick, Gleeson and Willmott Dixon. I have been a Director of two internet start-ups (Asite & Bidcom), that provide web-based collaboration software to the industry. I spent 10 years with Wates before this, working in business development. When I left I was Innovation Director, responsible for improvement throughout the business.
