I am a versatile educational and customer service focused professional with extensive experience. I have excellent skills as a liaison between customers and technical staff to resolve issues and maintain customer satisfaction. Most recently I have worked as part of the world wide education team where I was responsible for managing the global registration system. I also assisted owners of educational applications to meet corporate, data privacy, and government regulatory requirements.While I was at my last job, I led the conversion of five major applications from legacy computer systems to a current environment which greatly reduced costs and improved the customer’s experience. Also, I was the lead project manager for the creation of IBM’s HR training site which has served over 1000 studentsSome of my strengths include excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a diversified work environment.
