Part of the initial startup team for all services. Manage hard service vendors for all 11 production management facility locations including HVAC, electrical, plumbing and septic systems, ATS and generators, generator fueling, BAS System, fire alarm and suppression gas (FM 200) systems, security access control system hardware, automatic gates, overhead doors, snow removal services and smaller construction projects as required. Worked with client to ensure COVID Pandemic HVAC response was within CDC and ASHRAE guidelines. Developed Mace Invoicing Guide to more easily instruct all vendors of the process with Mace Group. Intent was to make process easier to avoid unnecessary delays and get them paid in a timely manner by laying out Mace A/P expectations. Assist all with resolving invoicing issues quickly. Recruitment of vendors from all four basins to ensure full roster. Make recommendations to Mace Supply Chain to engage to provide background and QHSE requirements before being on our client’s site. Establish relationships and rapport with each of the local staffs so there is confidence in contacting Mace for all of their needs. Track work through consistent monitoring of the Mace Work Order System. Ensure client accounting of work is detailed for reporting purposes. Engage construction vendors for needed project work to repair long standing issues. Items such as electrical service issues, weather stripping of exterior doors, roofing issue, water penetration issues, 8-Plex Trailer removal and more.
