I was involved with an employment law defense firm in Tennessee for a number of years before relocating back to Virginia. My Virginia practice is much more diverse. However, I still provide defense oriented strategies for local and out of state businesses. I started my own office in Virginia in 2003 and then I formed my current firm in June of 2007. We recently changed the name to Big Valley Law, Martin & Hahn, PLLC and relocated to the downtown area. My firm is able to provide legal services on matters that affect our clients from criminal defense to family law to civil litigation. We also have an active bankruptcy practice.
