Director Asset Management, Monitoring, And It Support Teams
Manage cross functional virtual global teams in 25 locations across 14 countries to support the delivery of Tier 1 and Tier 2 services across the enterprise environment supporting internal customers. Drive the adoption of best practices in Asset Management and other Service Management processes. Work with the business and service delivery teams to define the proper metrics and KPIs in evaluating service delivery quality levels and direct the production of regular reports on performance to stakeholders. Spearhead remediation efforts to eliminate roadblocks and free up resources. Review solution proposal and deliverables with IS Project Management team and other business units to transition new services into production.
