I was responsible for the bottom-line and all aspects of running an aerospace fastener company which included Manufacturing, Quality Assurance, Planning, Engineering, Purchasing, Shipping & Receiving, Estimating and Office Administration. I was also responsible for all Human Resource Administration including recruiting, employee relation, E-verify and safety procedures. I was also responsible for ordering supplies, equipment and raw materials.

Director of Engineering: I’m familiar with most aerospace fasteners (12 points, Hex, Spline, Taper-Lok®, Sleevbolt®, Hi-loks, Lockbolts, flush and protruding heads, specials, etc.). I’m a former Taper-Lok® and Sleevbolt® Committee Chairman. I’ve been a Technical advisor to the National Aerospace Standards Committee (NASC) since 1990. I’ve also been a member of Society of Automotive Engineers (SAE) since 2004. I’ve interfaced with many customers on technical, quality and sales related issues and worked directly with OEM engineers on research and development of new fastener products. I’ve previously managed a planning department where we planned detailed procedures for the manufacturing of fasteners, wrote manufacturing specifications and produced prints for customer and internal use. Prepared detailed estimates for fastener fabrication and I have minor experience in tool design, plating and heat treatment of various materials.Director of Quality: I previously supervised a quality assurance department consisting of non-destructive testing (NDT) and testing laboratory using fastener test procedures and equipment where we tested for stress durability, tensile, shear, fatigue, stress rupture, metallurgical examination, hardness and hydrogen content in titanium metals, etc. I’m also a former fastener lab technician and fastener lab supervisor. I’ve written standard operating procedures and I’m familiar with most major aerospace company specifications (Honeywell, Boeing, Northrop Grumman, Goodrich, G.E., Pratt & Whitney, Rolls-Royce, Lockheed Martin, and Military). I have experience with audits such as NADCAP as well as internal and customer audits
