Managed 7 MSF of assets in Midwest including office buildings in Chicago, Milwaukee and Cleveland. Responsible for the financial and operational success of this portfolio. Managed strategic asset planning, 3rd party property management & leasing, capital investment, dispositions, financial budgeting/reporting.

Led the financial performance for an $800 million portfolio with 3.2 million sq. ft. and 11 office buildings in Miami, Boca Raton, Atlanta, Minneapolis, Columbus and Denver markets. Managed strategic asset planning, 3rd party property management & leasing, capital investment, dispositions, financial budgeting/reporting and JV relationships.

Led the financial performance for the Chicago region, a $4 billion portfolio with over 20 million sq. ft. and 36 office buildings in Chicago, Austin, Orlando, New Orleans, Miami, Minneapolis and Columbus markets.

Responsible for the overall financial and leasing performance of the Chicago CBD portfolio consisting of 10 buildings totaling over 6 million sq. ft.
