Using elements of the Toyota manufacturing system and the theory of constraints, we produced and developed new products and processes.

I was hired to lead the manufacturing team during the launch of a retrofitted facility that would produce a new and revolutionary design power seat track for five of the top selling US passenger and truck platforms. Using the skills developed at Mazda, I implemented a team hiring process, and many of the Japanese management systems to guard safety, quality and productivity.

Leader of all production activities in the fabrication and assembly of three car lines. Started in Body Assembly, but also worked in both the Material Handling and Final Assembly areas.
