Documented department strategies, research endeavors, and testing practices. Successfully fought to get QA more deeply involved in the development process through agile development methods. Performed all standard test procedures such as memory tests, regression tests, usability, balance, smoke testing, walkmesh, etc. Owned bug database for specific levels.As a tech lead, I trained and tasked 12 QA analysts and two senior analysts. I created more than a dozen test plans consisting of hundreds of test cases each and organized communication with department's leads as well as represent QA in a weekly stakeholder meeting. I scheduled and tasked a team of 30-plus off-site testers through our publisher, Microsoft. I assembled and delivered reports that allowed other departments to gauge the project's process and direction. Owned bug database for all creative game content.
