I am employed as Contracts Manager on their major projects, which specialise in providing rainscreen cladding, composite cladding, architectural metalwork and brise soleil canopies, to the educational, retail and commercial sector. My duties within this role, is to manage numerous projects from conception through to handover to the client. It was my responsibility to ensure all major projects were planned and programmed from the point of order, through the design and procurement process and ultimately all site operations, to ensure each individual project is delivered to the client’s satisfaction.

I was initially brought into the company, in the role of Projects manager with a view taking on board the role of Projects director after 6 months. Within my initial role of Contracts manger, I managed multiple projects and closed off historic accounts on projects within the fire rated glazing sector. Within 6 months I was offered the role of projects Director. My role was taking overall responsibility of the design and manufacturing facility and to introduce disciplines and processes, to accommodate a significant increase in the company’s turnover, within their major contracts division.
