CurrentI am a strong leader of Creative Ideas and of managing people and process. I manage a staff of 12 in the creative, interactive and production departments. I develop, coach and mentor members of the creative department. I give good clear direction in copywriting or art direction of the creative process. I possess a strong vision and understanding of both good design, and excellent copy writing. I am also a strong communicator, presenter and overall face of the agency's creative product. I value and always reflect sound strategy and insights, which are the hallmarks of a good agency. I have strong digital vision, knowledge and experience which is a vital area of growth for R&M.
