Responsible for the day to day commercial management of Whiptail's existing asset and customer base. Also responsible for all business development activities surrounding Whiptail's existing asset base and also new basin entry through acquisition or greenfield development.

Responsible for greenfield and acquisition opportunities in the oil and gas midstream space. Focus areas include the Rocky Mountain area, Mid-Continent, and Texas.

Responsible for business development around Williams then existing gas gathering assets in the Delaware Basin in West Texas. Responsible for greenfield development and/or acquisitions of gas gathering and processing assets in the Delaware Basin. This included developing an overall basin strategy and then executing that strategy to grow Williams' asset base into a leading position in the basin.

Responsible for the drafting, negotiation, execution, and maintenance of commercial agreements in the Four Corners Area franchise. The Four Corners Area is compiled of more than 1,500 miles of gathering pipelines, two gas processing plants with a capacity of over 700 MMcfd, and two treating facilities with a capacity of ~700 MMcfd. This position also included leading and assisting in the business development of our assets in the area. This entailed project development, project execution, strategy formulation, and a system-wide understanding of our costs and capabilities.

As the third year of the three year rotation program, I spent five months in the Commodity Optimization Group. This group is responsible for modeling, managing, and reporting Williams' commodity exposure as a result of the contract portfolios we have at each of our various processing facilities. My responsibilities included:- Updating, on a daily basis, our pricing model which tracked daily posted prices for all NGL products and natural gas at the various pricing points pertinant to each of our facilities.- Compiling and publishing our daily operations and pricing report which was distributed to management.- Understanding the NGL and natural gas market drivers and maintaining a spot knowledge of where the market currently stood and where it potentially could go based on certain variables.- Updating and publishing a weekly outlook of our total company NGL margin exposure based on actual and forecasted volumes/pricing. - Served as backup Commodity Rep for all areas, modeling the various individual plants and systems to help maximize the profitablility of each plant based on the mode of operation.

As the second year of a three year rotation program, I spent six months working in operations and maintenance at our Mobile Bay Gas Processing Plant, a 690 MMcfd cryogenic gas processing plant. I spent this time assisting our O&M team in various day to day tasks and projects including but not limted to:- Preventative and repair maintenance on both mechancial and instrument/electrical equipment- Daily rounds- Control room operations- Maintenance schedulingThe second half of the rotation I spent dedicated to our offshore operations in the Eastern Gulf of Mexico. I spent total of a month and a half working with our O&M team on our Canyon Station Production Handling Platform. The remainder of my time in Eastern Gulf Operations was dedicated to learning the role that operations leadership plays in the planning, coordinating, and budgeting of maintenance turnarounds, bolt-on capital projects, and the physical operations of Williams Eastern Gulf assets.Throughout this rotation, I was responsible for managing two capital projects with a total budget over $400,000. This involved the planning, budgeting, and coordinating of internal and external personnel to help complete the projects on time and under budget.

As part of a three year rotation program, I spent one year in the Western Gulf of Mexico Commercial Development Group supporting and developing our onshore and offshore operations along the Texas Gulf Coast and Western Louisiana. My responsibilities included: - Project origination and development. - Negotiation of oil and gas gathering, gas processing, condensate handling, and pipeline interconnect agreements. - Daily maintenance of commercial contracts including but not limited to interactions with internal and external accounting, planning and forecasting, gas management, commodity management, NGL marketing, operations, and engineering. - Customer engagement and relationship building.
