I am the founder and owner of Hro2 Research, Australia's first specialist in employment data and analytics research. Our initial project was the design and development of a new series of job indices for the Australian market. We are using state of the art on line technology to generate unique data on a national, regional, industry and occupational basis. These unique indices are being licensed by recruitment firms and other organisations interested in using and publishing trends in employment.We are now using advanced time series statistical modeling techniques to produce predictive job indices.Hro2 research is also able to provide employment data consulting and access to proprietorial employment data portals.
