Managed P&L with functional responsibility for sales/marketing operations, manufacturing, finance, human resources, supply chain, and engineering. After turning around the company, it was sold to a competitor in May, 2008.

Directed the sales and marketing of personal protective equipment, apparel, garments, and industrial safety products to industrial distributors and managed $20M P&L. Led sales, distribution, marketing, administration, supply chain, finance/accounting, and new product development functions.

Founded and grew this startup home grocery delivery company with $1.8M in annual sales. Led sales/marketing, distribution/logistics, operations, and personnel. Developed business processes and product/service offerings.

Led all business functions and $75M in P&L within this plastic packaging company with 500 employees and operations in the US, UK, Canada, Mexico, Asia/Pacific, and Continental Europe. Built and led a team of country/regional managers to create and implement marketing strategies and increase earnings.

NUMMI is a Toyota/GM joint venture and passenger car and truck assembly plant managed by Toyota. The purpose of this two-year assignment was to develop a thorough understanding of Toyota Production System principles and to subsequently implement them in other facilities.

This $2.2B division produces HVAC and Engine Cooling Systems for all GM cars and light trucks. Received an accelerated schedule of assignments designed to provide manufacturing management experience.
