Created and lead Water Resources Management and Planning efforts, focusing on water resource issues such as comprehensive water resource planning, watershed management, MS4 compliance, infrastructure assessment and asset management, and interactions of stormwater and wastewater such as sanitary sewer overflows (SSOs) and Capacity, Management, Operations and Maintenance (CMOM) programs. Also serve as technical expert and mentor on a full range of wastewater infrastructure studies, plans, designs, permitting and construction.

Served as Lead Engineer, Project Manager and go-to technical expert for wastewater projects such as the design of sewers, drains, and over 40 wastewater pumping stations; and monitoring and controls for wastewater systems. Created and led an engineering group that developed means, methods, and standards for I/I evaluation, design and construction. Developed specifications, details, worksheets, library, industry contacts, and training standards.
