Accountable for implementing inventory control procedures of materials. Excel in the installation of drop-ceilings for commercial buildings. Complete projects on-time while meeting strict budget requirements. Order equipment and purchases.

Supervise a staff of up to 10 crewmembers in commercial building, remodeling and renovations. Majority of work consisted of working on commercial buildings and structures. Maintained a productive work crew focused on quality work, in compliance with all building and safety codes. Managed and coordinated all aspects of construction and subcontractors. Established and maintained an effective working relationship with workers, clients and subcontractors. Accountable for inventory control of material and supplies.

Conducted effective cost estimating and payroll functions for commercial construction. Supervised a staff of up to 10 members building CVS Drug Stores, installing 9 floors of drop ceilings for The Department of Sanitation and performed work for many other large high-profile companies. Responsible for framing, spackling, sheetrocking, doors, windows and ceilings.
