Working remotely, served as industry expert for established software and marketing firm catering to process servers and private investigators. Interacted with programmers weekly to help implement suggested improvements to ServeManager software product. Interfaced with current and prospective customers regarding use of ServeManager, ServeNow, and PINow to improve clients’ businesses.

Served as primary resource hired to develop litigation support subsidiary of company. Managed everyday operations, set strategic goals, supervised and motivated staff of ten in-house service reps and 15 process servers in field, implemented policies organization-wide, and created workflows.
