Subject Matter Expert for the IT Enterprise Configuration Management Tool NetworkAuthority. Worked on several high profile projects including designing and deploying the NetworkAuthority Configuration Management Tool Suite across the AT&T internal network of 70,000+ devices.

Network Management for IT network using CiscoWorks, Telalert, HP OpenView, MicroMuse Precision, Alterpoint DeviceAuthority.

Network Management analyst responsible for the same applications that we had been using previously at SBMS when it got reorganized into the SBC Network Management group. I maintained my same applications in that group for the SBC Wireless IT organization.

Started as a network analyst in the Network Operations Center using Spectrum Element Manager. Group went through a downsizing and due to my knowledge base with Network Management and Network Analysis I was tasked with a project to setup another Fault Management system using HP OpenView from scratch. After that project was complete we established a Configuration Management system using CiscoWorks.

I worked in the Mainframe Computer Operations for 17 years. In various roles including working with automation for lights out operations.
