In this capacity, I led the improvement in the company’s performance and significantly increased shareholder value, as evidenced by the stock price rising from $6.00 to $33.00 per share over that time period. This was accomplished through, among other things, the strengthening of the management team with strong professionals in the converting, paper, sales, human resources and overall mill management, as well as, setting standards and requirements, and improving the training, of all new hires. In addition, through the development of strategic plans, improving the production and quality of our converted paper products, product development, efficiency and safety improvements, cost control, sales focus and dedication, right-sizing and teamwork, we increased our production, sales and sales margins, EBIDTA, and earnings significantly; with the resulting increase in our stock price.
