I am a freelance writer and author with 15 published titles to my name. My main interests are in slavery, both present day and historical, and in the very ancient world. My book 'WORLD SLAVERY - THE BIGGER PICTURE' won a prestigious literary award in the USA and I have just finished the second edition of my ground breaking work, 'FROM WHENCE WE CAME - The Biblical Age of World Enlightenment'. This examines the evidence for a civilization on this earth that came, and went, some time before that of our present one. I am now working on a follow on volume that will explore who those people were, where they came from and what caused their extinction. On the way I look at the true use of the Great Pyramid of Giza and the possible use of weapons only being dreamed of today.Pompacalie have done a great job getting my work into print but I would now like to see it offered to a much larger audience. Castle Fairs, that became Robert Soper Exhibitions was the market leader in provincial high quality antique fairs across the entire UK for over 25 years. With my wife I ran every aspect of the company including the standfitting which, in 1975 was revolutionary but now the industry norm. We transformed the stately home industry from being a moribund 'Downton Abbey' type organisation into the highly professional multi million pound one of today. On the way we were instigational in abolishing the Sunday Trading bans and the model for our fairs, at the time controversial, is the accepted format throughout Europe today. I retired in 2001.
