I have been employed by Millwall for two seasons, varied experience, ticket collection on entry, stand patrolling, and pitch side stewarding, also stewarding within the corporate hospitality environment.

I have been employed by Fulham Football Club since August 2013, I have added many new skills and attributes to my experience and knowledge as a Steward. Fulham often employ me as the Fire Safety Officer, with responsibility for ensuring the Ground is safe before the public are admitted. Following clear safety guidelines to ensure all fire exits and equipment are fit and ready for purpose.I have also been the designated Disability Officer while at Fulham, ensuring disable supporters are met and taken to the designated area and exited safely, ensuring their experience is a positive and pleasant one.

To manage schedules in conjunction with internal teams and external suppliers/customers. Provide full Ad lists/flat plans/proofs for all titles, supplements and additional work.To monitor supplier quality and performance and continually review processes and procedures to strive toward best practice. To build relationships with internal departments and external suppliers and encourage new ideas from all sources that will benefit the production process.Design, amend and proof all adverts and pages in-house, create and send PDF’s direct to printers/repro in a cost effective manner.To liaise with customers and advertising teams, providing solutions to their creative needs whilst actively controlling schedules. To ensure all advertising promotional activity is input and managed correctly. All costs continually monitored.To provide support and cover for team members when they are out of the office. Ensure an awareness of all brands within the company, which would enable you to answer a query in a colleague’s absence.Troubleshoot technical issues and be available for technical and design support.To regularly meet with your advertising team to promote best practise.To ensure all production costs are kept to an absolute minimum.

I have acted as a Steward Officer at numerous company functions, including Music Awards and Magazine Launches during my 20 years employment with Bauer Media, dealing with VIP clientele and the general public.
