Bob’s driving purpose is serving and helping others. His creativity, coupled with his attention to detail, enabled him to develop the five-step Choosing Winners™ System. As a consultant he enjoys working in companies, teaching the leadership teams how to hire the right people by using Choosing Winners™. He is a disciple of Jesus Christ and does his best to be a good steward, glorifying the Father and introducing others to Jesus.As a mentor and coach, Bob helps business leaders clarify their purpose and fulfill their God-given potential, and as a partner in Celebration Community Church, he leads the Ministries for Men and trains men to be Christian mentors. He also shares his faith through his abstract art work.As a Convene Chair in Orlando, FL, he is connecting business owners and CEO’s in a confidential and safe environment, equipping them to grow their businesses and become inspirational leaders honoring God.Bob is blessed to be married to his high-school sweetheart, Joan, and as a father of two grown children and two grandchildren. Over the years they have been on a faith walk together, serving whenever or wherever God calls. While he is active with Men’s programs, she is in Women’s Bible Study and leads the Prayer Quilt Ministry.
