Chromalloy has recently promoted me to Quality Manager of our Dallas facility.

I started with Chromalloy in November 1981 as a Lab Technician in the Chemical Processing area. As a Lab Technician, my responsibilities were to maintain and control all of the chemical tanks used for stripping and plating as well as etching. I was also responsible for performing microhardness testing for heat treated airfoils. Metallurgical analysis of samples for Plating and Thermal Spray applications. In 1986, I was transferred to Quality Assurance as a Technical Librarian. I was also responsible for submitting all First Article Inspection Reports to Rolls-Royce for the new manufacturing components Chromalloy was contracted to manufacture for Rolls-Royce. I was promoted to Quality Engineer in 1990 and performed internal and external audits. I was promoted to Senior Quality Engineer in 1994. In 1999 I was promoted to Quality Assurance Supervisor and in December of that same year I was then promoted to Quality Assurance Manager. Over my time at Chromalloy, I have written and revised many procedures and work instructions including various PT Technique Cards. I have also been a trainer for quality including FOD, Human Factors training, and internal auditor training.
