Commercial / Residential - Stevens Services LLC supports 2 different business operations.#1 Lawn & landscape- We offer the complete package of mowing ( no job to big or to small, we take care of residential properties all the way up to a 36 acre high profile commercial property)Tree work, fertilization programs, sprinkler systems, mulch & basic property care, landscape terrace, hardscape ETC. Plus Snow removal / Ice control.#2 Construction / Maintenance- We do a lot of everything in both residential & commercial properties and do it well. Below is a summary of some of the stuff we do.Commercial- We do Apartment make readies for a 140 unit complex and a 175 unit high rise as well as some smaller ones, we rehab business properties to get rent ready, room addition, framing, drywall, concrete work, siding, painting ,flooring, tuck pointing ETC General property maintenance.Residential- Bath remodels, room additions, exterior or interior painting, wood rot, decks , fences, new build or repair or stain. Attic insulation, siding, basement remodels, drywall work, Light plumbing & electrical ,Complete rehabs, no job to small, we also do service calls for a lot of customers on little things such as plumbing, electrical, changing out a ceiling fan etc. If you can think of it we probably do it.OVERVIEW- Stevens Services believes & delivers excellent customer service, all employee's are mature, dependable & honest .
