With over 25 years of experience in safety, health and environmental management, I am passionate about ensuring the well-being of people and the planet while advancing the innovation and sustainability of MKS Atotech’s operations in the Americas. I oversee the development and implementation of environmental, health and safety programs, policies, and procedures that comply with federal, state, and local regulations and standards.My expertise includes safety program management as well as environmental permitting, compliance, and auditing, as well as hazardous waste management, water quality, and environmental management systems. I have successfully managed complex and high-risk projects, such as the construction and operation of new battery cell and active materials facilities, and collaborated with internal and external stakeholders to achieve optimal EHS performance and continuous improvement. I also have a strong background in safety program management, health and wellness program management, and risk assessment and mitigation. I hold a Master of Science in Environmental Health and a Bachelor of Science in Biology and Chemistry from East Tennessee State University.
