Recruited full-time (from consulting) to improve Talent Development’s training, SaaS infrastructure (LMS, DAM, Intranet); and to oversee the growth of Warden Exchange® – an intense 9-month (in-person and live video conference) transformational leadership and coaching program recognized internationally as the premiere leadership program for prison wardens in the USA and London.• Led team that transitioned the Warden Exchange pilot program into “…the most powerful leadership program for wardens in the US.” Dr. Reggie Wilkinson; former Director Ohio Department of Rehabilitation and Correction; past president the American Corrections Association; VP International Corrections and Prisons Association• Growth and quality increased through innovation, clarity of mission, new product offerings and improved operations and processes. The internet’s leading music e-commerce site acquired by Bertelsmann, AG• Successfully established strong cross-departmental relationships to support CDNOW's Media, Radio, Brand, Marketing, Advertising Sales, International, Music Merchandising, and New Business Development units.
