Project Manager for the introduction of a new Hydrocarbon Accounting and Production Reporting system.

Responsible for all aspects of the project management and delivery of IMS related projects. This included working with personnel ina number of different business functions, external vendors and internal IMS resources to provide business solutions for Acergy. Managing project budgets and introduction of thechange management associated with new systems was an integral part of the job.

Responsible for the development and delivery of Monitor’s range of Maintenance Management and Procurement training courses as well as providing a support service to clients in the use of their systems. The main systems and software for which I provided training and support were:- En Garde maintenance and procurement. Responsible for both training and assessing the competence of offshore maintenance personnel in the use of En Garde- Maximo training and user support- Business Objects v3 and v4- MS Project- Maintenance Planning Techniques- Maintenance Management Appreciation

Responsible for the development and implementation of training programmes for major clients in the oil and gas sector, including:- En Garde maintenance management and procurement- Teroman maintenance, materials and purchasing- IMIS maintenance management- PM3 maintenance and materials- EPIDORIS drilling information database- ALL-IN-1 office automation system- VAX/VMS operating system- Various PC software including MS DOS, MS Word, MS Excel

Responsible for the day to day management of the computer maintenance department.

Worked both onshore and offshore as a Field Engineer installing, operating and repairing electronic positioning equipment for rig moves and seismic survey work.
