Leading our R&D team finished the upgrade of the old VSAT model and developed AKD3000 series automatic portable, Man-pack, Vehicle mounted, SOTM (Satcom On The Move) VSAT, which is the best brand in China, and have the biggest market share that is about 85% of commercial market in China . Managing our “AKD Communication Technology R&D Center” which is a branch of Nanjing Post and Telecommunication University output continually to support our company products developed. Finally, established a very strong R&D team now.

Satellite communication engineering Planning and Design Expert of Turnkey Planning and Design department. In charge of satellite communication engineering planning and design, training, and documentation publishing. And responsible for overseas planning and design project support, not only satellite communication engineering, but also any other parts of our Turnkey department, like civil work planning and design, microwave transmission planning and design, etc., and work on site, e.g. work in Egypt in 2006 and 2007 for civil work and microwave transmission planning and design on site support for Egypt 3rd license mobile network project (Etisalat).

Senior Manager, Engineering & Operations. My responsibility is technical support for the all WorldSpace China. Responsible for China TFLS technical support, and in charge of Cable System Retransmission, and Real-Time Stock Broadcast project Technical support. The real-time stock broadcast system is under the pre-operation. In charge of the projects of satellite signals reception in N&N tower and Air China Plaza, and finished.2000.9~2002 In charge of the ChinaSat TFLS（Audio and Multimedia system） installation and operation, It’s ready and can put audio and data and multimedia in air. Responsible for CNR country coverage test project and train test, the tested cities are: Haikou and Sanya, Harbin and Mohe, Wulumuqi and kashi, Chengdu and Lasa. The train line is Jing-Ha line, jing-Bao line, and Jing-Guang line. The reception is good and customer is satisfied.

I am the team leader and won The CLTC (China Satellite Launch and Tracking Control Central)/BITTT project in 2000.9(implementation by the No.54 Research Ins.) and The TsingHua Distance Learning project in 2000.5 (Operation by Beijing YuXin Electronics Co.) and the Sino Security Network project in 2000.2(This is the national anti-fraud satellite network).1999.4~2000.2: Director of Engineering. In 1999 we won two projects I had designed that is satellite videoconference and distance-learning network for Party School of CPC Central Committee, and the videoconference and sales network for the SAIC (Shanghai Automobile Industry Co-operation). This real-time and interactive distance-learning network (over satellite IP-based) is the No.1 in China.
