This role is critical in maintaining strong client relationships, translating client goals into actionable creative briefs, and delivering high-quality campaigns that meet or exceed expectations.Key Responsibilities:- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, building and maintaining long-term relationships, understanding their needs, and ensuring satisfaction throughout project lifecycles.- Collaborate closely with the creative team to translate client objectives into innovative and effective creative strategies and campaigns.- Ensure clear communication between clients and the creative team, providing feedback and ensuring alignment on project goals, timelines, and deliverables.- Oversee the progress of projects, from initial concept through to final delivery, managing expectations and resolving any issues that arise.- Lead client presentations and meetings, articulating the vision and rationale behind creative decisions and strategies.- Work with the account management team to develop and implement processes that ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.- Identify opportunities to grow client accounts and foster long-term partnerships.Skills & Qualifications:- Strong experience in client services or account management within a creative or marketing agency.- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage both client relationships and internal team dynamics.- A deep understanding of marketing, branding, and creative processes.- Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.- Strong problem-solving skills and a client-centric approach to service delivery.
