As Senior Strategic Account Executive at Sungard Availability Services, Bob was responsible for managing more than 25 Fortune 500 accounts. His consistent success and high achievements within Sungard were a result of his passion for understanding a client's needs and applying Sungard services where applicable. Bob focused on applying Sungard's core strengths, primarily around High Availability, Resiliency, Recovery and Security.

Bob started his career at Forsythe as Director of Sales in the Midwest, managing several Account Executives and helping them address the needs of Fortune 1000 companies. As Forsythe's Consulting Practice continued to grow Bob accepted a Directorship focused nationally on growing Forsythe's Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery consulting practice.

Bob moved to Sayers after his long and successful career at Comdisco. He brought a Channel Partnership to Sayers that became a strategic business for the company. Bob focused on driving exceptional growth of the new business for almost two years and then left the company.

Bob had a long and successful career at Comdisco which helped shaped his perspective on business and the importance of client relationships. He started his career in 1983 as a Disaster Recovery Salesman and was then promoted in 1986 to a newly formed position reporting directly to the EVP of Sales. By 1989 Bob was back in field as VP of Sales, Midwest and shortly thereafter promoted to SVP of Sales, Midwestern USA and Canada.

Bob's first job after graduating from college was a sales position at M&O Insulation. Bob's responsibility was to develop new business in the Commercial and Industrial Markets in the Chicago Metro and Northern Indiana areas, respectively.
