About Bob Barry
For 34 years in the Tampa Bay area, enjoying a career as a corporate training professional, I served a number of companies. My job was to enable others through my leadership in talent development, leadership development, organizational development, and more. I served companies large and small, including Travelers Insurance, Raymond James Financial, Cox Media Group, University Community Health, Xcenda, Staff Leasing, and ProVest, to name a few. I left Corporate America in 2013, resolving to become a Personal Success Coach. I started my own company; On Point Coaching Solutions. As a Personal Success Coach, I enabled others to discover their inner strengths, make bold decisions, and rise above the challenges they faced. I also became affiliated with TampaBay-Job-Links as a Career Coach, proudly helping the unemployed regain their self-esteem, their dignity, and their livelihoods. I have retired from my private coaching business, but I continue to work as a Career Coach for TBJL, now a program of Gulf Coast JFCS. The balance of my time is spent in support of my family, my church, and my community as I continue to enjoy giving others a helping hand.
