In 1993, Bob Bennion teamed up with Bob Deville and they quickly rose to the top as one of the Puget Sound's most successful real estate partnerships. They attribute their success to extensive knowledge and experience, ongoing professional training, fastidious attention to detail, a high level of personal service, the use of the latest technologies and innovative marketing. They are leaders in the real estate field and have sold over one billion dollars worth of Puget Sound inventory. Bob & Bob founded an independent brokerage in Southern California, in addition to partnering with four other Puget Sound top producers (Mary P. Snyder, Evan Wyman, Tere Foster and Moya Skillman) to launch a boutique brokerage called Avenue Properties in 2015. In 2018, Avenue was acquired by Compass Real Estate and Bob Deville refocused his efforts to the Southern California market. Bob Bennion has since partnered with Mary P. Snyder and Ned Hosford, who hit record breaking sales in 2020, earning them the title of Washington’s #1 Team (by sales volume, medium sized team, RealTrends 2021). Their specialized Seattle team is comprised of our partners, an experienced listing coordinator, buyer coordinator, director of transactions & operations, social media/marketing expert, office manager, and client services manager.
