Bob & Bob founded an independent brokerage in Southern California, in addition to partnering with four other Puget Sound top producers (Mary P. Snyder, Evan Wyman, Tere Foster and Moya Skillman) to launch a boutique brokerage called Avenue Properties in 2015.
In 2018, Avenue was acquired by Compass Real Estate and Bob Deville refocused his efforts to the Southern California market. Bob Bennion has since partnered with Mary P. Snyder and Ned Hosford, who hit record breaking sales in 2020, earning them the title of Washington’s #1 Team (by sales volume, medium sized team, RealTrends 2021).
