Shaped and managed the aggressive growth of Microsoft’s Criminal Justice Information Services (CJIS) Operations team, tasked with facilitating criminal background checks for cloud services personnel with access to criminal justice information hosted for over 18,000 law enforcement agencies nationwide. Applied Lean Six Sigma methodology to develop business.

Partnered with multiple U.S. Government agencies and Microsoft Business Groups to develop the security culture and infrastructure required to establish Microsoft as a trusted provider of classified cloud services for the U.S. Government.

Established and managed Microsoft’s Anti-Corruption Program Management Office (ACPMO). Created a team of Company’s Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) on worldwide corruption prevention.

Created and managed the initial Lean Six Sigma program within Microsoft’s legal organization—tailored specifically to streamline and enhance performance of complex transactional business processes.

Developed, maintained, and conducted worldwide Lean and Six Sigma training for PACCAR Inc., including multiple subsidiaries and over 160 suppliers.
