Serving as Assistant Success Director within the management team of a fast-growing startup. Leading Assistant Success Department and Recruitment Department.Core responsibilities include:o Leading success team to coach and support successful client/assistant pairings through onboarding and development.o Driving assistant success metrics such as utilization, satisfaction, and retention.o Managing and achieving monthly recruitment goals; refining processes to attract top talent that aligns with our mission, vision and core values. o Providing mentorship to a high-performing assistant team of 100+ assistants through development of resources, structure and identifying best practices.o Participating in company-wide initiatives to continue scaling a positive culture; provide strategic planning and budget oversight to enable business growth and innovation.o Building relationships with assistants, clients, and team members to promote long-term partnerships.
